The first race of the 8 week Arca Summer shootout is in the books and the #77 of Keegan Sobilo comes out on top for his first career win in the Iron Thunder Racing League. The race went caution free for the first 27 laps of the eventual 67 laps. Sobilo was the first to cross the finish line under caution after the second Green-White-Checkered attempt. He was followed by the #32 of Dan Haff and the #78 of Zac Kreiser. Coming to the checkers under caution the #43 of Kelvin Masur in second place but made the mistake of coming to the pits too early ala Mark Martin, relegating him to a 7th place finish.
